I am Nitesh Gawade, an Entrepreneur, Best-Selling Author, International Speaker, and Multiple Award Winning Purpose Coach. I have over a 9 years of experience in the field of psychology and life coaching and my greatest passion is empowering others to identify their core and live life on their terms. My Why?

10 years before I achieved everything that was expected from me, Engineering with Distinction, MBA from a Top B School, Secured Job in a Top Bank. I was just married and waiting to be settled in my life.

Somewhere something was not right, I always felt something was missing, like an incomplete puzzle. I did not knew the missing pieces then but was not ready to accept my status quo.Hence started a journey towards my evolution and started Edify Labs on 1 Sep 2010 and started conducted training programs.Slowly I got traction and business started flowing but nowhere I was making the money as of my last pay. In 2012 started assessment vertical which gave stability. I was helping parents and students to identify their true potential and align their career choices.For the next two years travelled extensively across India conducting workshops in different cultures and with different topics.

Began my journey with India'a Biggest L&D Initiative with India's Biggest Organisations.Learnt so much in terms of content and context.Then a came a time to change my steady course and discontinued the assessment vertical for a brighter and bigger future. I wrote my first book " AS YOU SOW: 7 Untold Secrets of Parenting". Began my evolution from a trainer to a best selling author to a key note speaker to an award winning coach.

I have not yet found all the pieces of my missing puzzle so far I have fulfilled only my personal journey of success and happiness. It is time to take my evolution to all those who have a dream, who have been missing something and who have an unlived life.It is time to transform my evolution to a revolution which would empower individuals to discover themselves and fulfil their true purpose

Do I need any accreditation to start my Coaching Practice ?
Let me be very honest with you, I do not have any accreditation from any national or international associations. Still I am in the TOP Percentile of Coaches in India in terms of Impact and Earnings.Few years back When I was contemplating for accreditation and met many accredited coaches who have paid lakhs of rupees and still doing nothing as a coach, I realised it was a good to have thing, client do not come to you because you have an accreditation, they come because you have delivered results.That's the reason we have designed our LPCC course in a way that empower you to create results in your life first and then replicate the same in your client's life.
I Can't Afford This - Is There Anything You Can Do For Me?
